THE PROBLEM
As companies increasingly adopt hybrid work models, meetings involving both remote and in-person participants have become the norm. However, these hybrid meetings often create barriers to effective collaboration, such as unequal participation, disengagement, technical disruptions, and communication gaps.
THE GOAL
To pinpoint key issues in hybrid meetings and create a concept that bridges the gap between remote and in-person participants, fostering a more engaging and seamless collaboration experience.
